Ο Δημήτρης Γκούσκος, γεννημένος το 1968, είναι Επίκουρος
Καθηγητής στο Τμήμα Επικοινωνίας και ΜΜΕ
του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, και μέλος του Εργαστηρίου Νέων Τεχνολογιών στην
Επικοινωνία, την Εκπαίδευση και τα ΜΜΕ, όπου συμβάλλει στο συντονισμό των
ερευνητικών ομάδων Ψηφιακά Μέσα για Μάθηση και Ψηφιακά Μέσα για Συμμετοχή.
Είναι πτυχιούχος (1990) και διδάκτορας (1998) του Τμήματος Πληροφορικής & Τηλεπικοινωνιών
Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. |

Dimitris Gouscos, born 1968, is Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies of
the University of Athens and a research fellow of the Laboratory of New Technologies in
Communication, Education and the Mass Media, where he contributes to
co-ordination of two research groups on Digital Media for Learning and
Digital Media for Participation. He holds a BSc (1990) and a PhD (1998) from
the Dept. of Informatics &
Telecommunications of the University of Athens. |

Έχει συντονίσει ομάδες εργασίας για την πλατφόρμα Οργάνωση 2.0 για χαρτογράφηση
αυτο-οργανωμένων δικτύων κοινωνικής αλληλεγγύης, τη δράση Μάθηση 2.0 για συλλογικά ψηφιακά μέσα
στην εκπαίδευση, την πλατφόρμα ψηφιακής αφήγησης Μηλιά (Euromedia Seal of Approval 2011)
και το ψηφιακό παιχνίδι μάθησης Μαγικό
Φίλτρο (Comenius Edumedia Medal 2009) και έχει συμβάλλει ως Πρόεδρος
Προγράμματος στο 5th European Conference on Games-Based Learning.
Συνεισφέρει ως Αρχισυντάκτης του επιστημονικού περιοδικού International Journal of Electronic Governance και
υπήρξε μέλος της ομάδας ανάπτυξης της ηλεκτρονικής δημόσιας υπηρεσίας TAXISnet (eEurope Good Practice Label 2001). |

He has co-ordinated
project teams for the Organosi
2.0 (Organizing 2.0)
platform for self-organized networks
for social solidarity, the Mathisi 2.0 (Learning 2.0) initiative for social media in education, the Milia (AppleTree) platform
for digital storytelling (Euromedia Seal of Approval 2011) and the Magiko Filtro (Magic Potion)
digital game for learning (Comenius Edumedia Medal 2009), and contributed as
Programme Chair for the 5th
European Conference on Games-Based Learning. He serves as
Editor-in-Chief of the International
Journal of Electronic Governance and has participated in development of
the TAXISnet electronic public service (eEurope Good Practice Label 2001). |

Dr. Gouscos a coordonné des équipes
de chercheurs au sein de projets comme la plate-forme Internet Organosi 2.0 (Organisation 2.0) pour
l’auto-organisation des réseaux de solidarité sociale,
l’initiative Mathisi 2.0
(Apprentissage 2.0) pour les usages des médias sociaux dans
l’éducation, la plate-forme Internet Milia (Pommier) pour la
narration numérique (distinction Euromedia Seal of Approval 2011), et
le jeu numérique pour l’apprentissage Magiko Filtro (Potion Magique)
(distinction Comenius Edumedia Medal 2009). Il a contribué comme
Président du Comité scientifique (Programme Chair) pour la
conférence internationale 5th
European Conference on Games-Based Learning. Il est éditeur en
chef de la revue scientifique internationale International Journal of Electronic
Governance et a participé au développement du service
public TAXISnet pour le
dépôt électronique des déclarations fiscales de
TVA (distinction eEurope Good Practice Label 2001). |

Από το 2000 έχει διδάξει σε μεταπτυχιακό και προπτυχιακό
επίπεδο στα Πανεπιστήμια Αιγαίου, Πελοποννήσου και Αθηνών
περισσότερα από 20 μαθήματα σε θέματα ψηφιακής επικοινωνίας, ψηφιακών
παιχνιδιών, συμμετοχικών μέσων, ηλεκτρονικής διακυβέρνησης, τεχνολογίας
λογισμικού και πληροφοριακών συστημάτων, ενώ έχει παράσχει επιστημονική
επίβλεψη ή καθοδήγηση σε άνω των 15 διπλωματικές εργασίες και 5 διδακτορικές
διατριβές. |

Since 2000 he has taught
at postgraduate and undergraduate level in the University
of the Aegean, the University of Peloponnese
and the University of Athens more than 20
courses on digital communication, digital games, participatory media,
electronic governance, software engineering and information systems topics, and has provided scientific supervision or guidance to more than 15 master’s and 5 doctoral theses. |

Depuis 2000 il a enseigné au niveau
du premier, deuxième et troisième cycle universitaire à
l’Université de l'Égée,
l’ Université
du Péloponnèse et l’Université
d’Athènes plus de 20 cours aux sujets de communication
numérique, jeux numériques, médias participatifs,
administration électronique, génie logiciel et systèmes
d'information, et a supervisé/co-supervisé plus de 15
thèses de master et 5 thèses de doctorat. |

Έχει συμμετάσχει σε 5 ευρωπαϊκά ερευνητικά προγράμματα
και πολυάριθμα εθνικά έργα και μελέτες εφαρμογής ΤΠΕ και, κατά το διάστημα 1997-2004,
έχει συνεργαστεί ως ειδικός σύμβουλος με την Γενική Γραμματεία Δημόσιας Διοίκησης &
Ηλεκτρονικής Διακυβέρνησης του Υπουργείου Εσωτερικών, Δημόσιας Διοίκησης
& Αποκέντρωσης και την Γενική
Γραμματεία Πληροφορικών Συστημάτων του Υπουργείου Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών. |

He has participated in 5
european R&D projects and numerous national ICT projects and
implementation studies and, during 1997-2004, he has worked as special
advisor with the General Secretariat for
Public Administration and Electronic Government of the Greek Ministry of
Interior, Public Administration and Decentralization and the General Secretariat for Information Systems of
the Greek Ministry of Economy and Finance. |

Il a participé à 5 projets
européens de recherche et à un nombre de projets et
études TIC nationales à Grèce. De 1997 à 2004, il
a travaillé comme conseiller spécial au Secrétariat général
d'Administration publique et de gouvernement électronique du
Ministère de l’Intérieur grec, ainsi qu’au Secrétariat général pour
les Systèmes d'information du Ministère des Finances grec. |

Έχει συν-επιμεληθεί πρακτικά 2 διεθνών επιστημονικών
συνεδρίων και έχει συν-δημοσιεύσει σε συλλογικούς τόμους, περιοδικά και
συνέδρια με διαδικασία κρίσης περισσότερες από 60 ερευνητικές εργασίες με
περισσότερες από 270 ετεροαναφορές. Έχει διοργανώσει αριθμό επιστημονικών
εκδηλώσεων και συμβάλλει ως κριτής σε διεθνή συνέδρια και περιοδικά. Τα
ερευνητικά του ενδιαφέροντα περιλαμβάνουν εφαρμογές της ψηφιακής επικοινωνίας
στην ανοικτή διακυβέρνηση, τα συμμετοχικά μέσα, τη διαδραστική αφήγηση και
την παιγνιώδη μάθηση. |

He has co-edited the proceedings of 2 international
conferences and co-authored more than 60 research papers with more than 270
citations in peer-reviewed conferences, journals and edited volumes. He has organized a number of scientific
events and contributes as reviewer in international conferences and journals. His research interests include applications
of digital communication in open governance, participatory media,
interactive storytelling and playful learning. |

conférences internationales, et co-publié aux revues
scientifiques, conférences scientifiques et volumes collectifs
évalués par les pairs plus de 60 articles de recherche qui ont
reçu plus de 270 références. Ses intérêts
de recherche se concentrent sur les applications de la communication numérique
pour la gouvernance ouverte, les médias participatifs, la narration
interactive et l’apprentissage ludique. |
